Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a burner apparatus which affords satisfaction in lowering NOx, lowering the noise, making the equipment light in weight and structurally compact, and securing a high level of safety. CONSTITUTION:A flame-hole body 12 comprises a main flame hole and an auxiliary flame hole, the main flame hole being open through a functional material which has a variable heat conductivity in the direction of the thickness and the auxiliary flame hole being for making fuel-air mixture ooze from the functional material. A mixing chamber 11 for mixing fuel and air is placed on the upstream side of the flame-hole body. Furthermore, there are provided a fuel controller 8, a fuel nozzle placed inside the mixing chamber 11, a combustion fan 10, and a controller 13.
