Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To efficiently stabilize acidic hydrogen peroxide aq. soln. by small amount addition by adding dipyridyl compd. to an easily decomposable acidic hydrogen peroxide aq. soln. containing copper ion and palladium ion. CONSTITUTION:The aq. soln. used for a chemical dissolving treatment of a copper and a palladium stuck to a stainless steel tool, etc., and being an acidic hydrogen peroxide aq. soln. which becomes easily decomposable because in which the copper ion and the palladium ion are accumulated, is stabilized by adding the dipyridyl compd.. As a suitable concrete example, 2, 2' -Dipyridyl, 2, 3' -dipyridyl, 2. 4' -dipyridyl, etc., are exemplified. An amount of the dipyridyl compd. to be added is usually about 0.1-10g/l preferably per acidic hydrogen peroxide aq. soln.. The dipyridyl compd. is also effective for stabilizing the acidic hydrogen peroxide aq. soln. in which the palladium ion does not coexist and only the copper ion is incorporated.
