Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To securely destroy a cap at the time of disposal to easily separate the cap from a container and also prevent the cap from being damaged at the time of putting. CONSTITUTION:A cap body 2 is formed with a side wall 13 extending from a lower end 12 of the cap body over a skirt 6 of the cap body, the side wall 13 is coupled via a hinge 3 to an upper lid 4 while it is formed with an engaging part 14 to mutually engage with the skirt 6, and a weakened part is formed on the skirt of the cap body covered by the side wall 13. By opening the upper lid 4 from the cap body 2, disengaging the side wall 13 and pulling up the side wail 13 upward in an axial direction, the weakened part formed on the skirt of the cap body is destroyed, thereby easily removing the cap from a mouth of the container.
