METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BINDING ARTICLE

PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for binding an article wherein the article is bound with one turn of two binding wires, while a continuous line-like binding material is being automatically bent into such binding wires and the articles such as reinforcing bars can be automatically bound together by a simple structure tightly in a short time without causing looseness. CONSTITUTION:A continuous line-like binding material (w) is partially retained by a bending means 4 and sent to a means 5 for forming two wires and embracing and guiding to guide a part of the binding material around an object (a) to be bound while bending it into the form of a U and then into two wires and its looped front end and cut rear end are caught by a twist shaft 61 rockable through a predetermined angle to twist them together so as to bind the object.
