Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide an anodized aluminum treatment method which lowers the surface roughness of an anodically oxidized film and improves the surface roughness and a device usable for the method. CONSTITUTION: A member 4 to be treated of an aluminum system contg. Si is subjected as anode to the anodized aluminum treatment with a varnishing cylindrical body 50 of a varnishing device 5 as cathode, by which the anodically oxidized film is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 45 which is the member 4 to be treated. Next, force pressing rollers 52 are projected outward in the radial direction of the varnishing cylindrical body 50 in the state of holding the member 4 to be treated immersed into an anodized aluminum treating liquid and the varnishing device 5 is rotated. The anodically oxidized film is forcibly pressed by the force pressing rollers 52, by which the anodically oxidized film is varnished.
