Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent an unusable card from being inserted unnecessary and repeatedly by making it possible to collect the unusable card. CONSTITUTION: A card conveyance path 12 equipped with a driving belt, a driven belt 15, and a magnetic head 19 is formed communicating with a card insertion slot 10a. A card conveyance prolongation part 31 is formed at the prolongation part of the card conveyance path 12. Then the selector 30 which forms the prolongation part 31 is supported so as to oscillate on a shaft 24 and a card storage part 22 is provided below. The selector 30 is made to oscillate toward E through a solenoid 33 which operates with the signal of a card decision means to open the insertion part of the card storage part 22.
