Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of shielding wall of a central control room by making up the space in a heat exchanger room a shield body in case of occurrence of an accident causing fuel failure. CONSTITUTION: To a room placing a residual heat removal system heat exchanger 2 in it, a water proof pressure resistance processing 1 is given so as to assure the operation of internal components after water injection and minimize the leakage of water out of the placing room and a mechanism to operate valves 3 and 5 and inject water with a pump 4 in case of discharging fission products into cooling water, is provided.
