Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide the construction for mounting a fastener to an inorganic building materials wherein even if there are some recesses on the surface of a board, which serves as a mounting part for inorganic building materials, cracks hardly occur on the mounting part and both watertightness around a bolt insertion hole of the building materials and function for preventing the rotation of a fastener or bolt due to vibration are good. CONSTITUTION: In the construction for mounting a fastener 5 which is fixed to the surface of an inorganic building material 1 by means of a bolt 15 and a nut 16, a cylindrical tube portion 11 of a cylindrical tube 9 with flange formed of elastic material is placed in a bolt insertion hole 4 formed in the surface of the material 1 for insertion of the bolt 15. Under such conditions that a flange 10 of the tube 9 is held between the surface of the material l around the hole 4 and the surface of the fastener 5, the fastener 5 is fixed by means of the bolt 15 and nut 16.
