Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To provide the servo device having the structure in which overload is not placed on a variable resistor. CONSTITUTION: Within the body 1 of a servo device 20, a motor 4, a deceleration mechanism 5, an output axis 6 and a variable resistor 18 detecting the rotation of the output axis 6 are provided. The driving disc 17 of the output axis 6 is connected with the movable part of a body to be controlled. The upper end of the rotary shaft 19 of the variable resistor 18 is a projected part 21. The lower end of the output axis 6 is a groove-shaped recessed part 22 engaged to the projected part 21. The widths of the recessed part 22 and the projected part 21 are the same, and as for the arrow A direction orthogonal to an axis line, the width of the recessed part 22 is longer than the projected part 21. When the projected part 21 is inserted into the recessed part 22, the rotary shaft 19 and the output axis 6 are connected in a no-idle state in the rotation direction and they can be relatively moved in the A direction. Even if the both axes are connected in a state that the axis lines are deviated with each other, overload is not added to the variable resistor. Even if the output axis receives load from a part to be driven, there is a few possibility of directly adding load to the variable resistor via the rotary shaft and the adverse effect by the load is difficult to be exerted on the life of the variable resistor. |
