Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To surely cool heat even when any one of a power unit, control unit and interface unit generates heat by mounting a cooler for cooling the power unit, or the interface unit selectively at any slot of an electronic exchange. CONSTITUTION: An electronic exchange 30 is provided with a power unit P, control unit C, interface unit F and cooler 31 or the like. The cooler 31 is composed of a motor 36 for driving a thin axial air blower 35 and a temperature control circuit 37 for controlling the temperature of this motor 36 or the like. The cooler 31 is selectively mounted at any slot such as a slot 34b, for example, proximate to the power unit P and the interface unit F having high heating values and cools these units.
