PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance current collecting efficiency, and lengthen a service life of a battery by constituting proper holes according to a joining characteristic of a reactive substance of a peripheral part and a central part of a current collecting body, in the current collecting body. SOLUTION: An interval and a hole diameter of holes arranged in a current collecting body are set and arranged in the following relationship so that a hole opening rate of a peripheral part becomes higher than a central part of the current collecting body for a pole plate.
