HEAT PROTECTIVE DEVICE OF METALLIC SHEATH EXTRUDER

PURPOSE: To provide a heat protective device of a metallic sheath extruder by which the heat protective device itself hardly becomes a high temperature by intense heat at metallic sheath extruding time and which is improved so that heat is easily diffused. CONSTITUTION: In a heat protective device which is composed of a heat protective cylinder part 51 to circulate a cooling medium and a tapering nozzle extending from its tip and in which a nozzle part 52 is inserted and arranged in core metal of a metallic sheath extruder, the heat protective device of the metallic sheath extruder is constituted in such a way that an outer peripheral surface of the heat protective device is covered with a heat reflective member 21 composed of a heat nonconductive material, and an inner peripheral surface of the heat protective device is covered with a heat conductive member 22, and the heat protective device can be maintained at a low temperature. In the heat protective device of the metallic sheath extruder, the heat reflective member 21 composed of a heat nonconductive material to be formed on an outer peripheral surface of the protective device is formed in a structure that a heat reflecting plate or a heat reflecting sheet is integrally formed on an outer peripheral surface of the protective device.
