CONSTITUTION: Sound volume data on an input sound or voice to a sound collection part 7 installed in a specific space and/or frequency division data are stored in a storage part 10 in specific format in a time series, and the stored data are statistically processed and patterned by an arithmetic part 11; and a standard pattern having a normal range set is automatically generated and when this standard pattern is automatically updated at specific time intervals, variation of the time-series pattern is analyzed by an analysis part 13 to verify whether or not there is abnormality, thereby sending the verification result to a specific information destination such as an area administration board.
