LINING METHOD OF BAGGED CONCRETE

PURPOSE: To accurately construct a lining body closely stuck to the ground in a simplified process in a lining method in which only the outer shell of a tunnel is excavated ahead of time and reduce the construction period and cost. CONSTITUTION: Underground is excavated by an excavating machine 30 and after a certain unit in length has been excavated, vacant bags having water permeability are arranged in the groove-shaped and circular ground void generated at the rear side of excavating machine 30 and concrete (or mortar) is placed in the bags with pressure to construct the bagged concrete 31 as a concrete lining body. The working tunnels 33 may be applied with the bagged lining bodies in the same way with the ring part 32. The bagged concrete right after placing may be more pressurized to closely stick to the ground and more dewatered. In this way, the ground is prevented from slacking, by the pressurizing process and the quality of the bagged concrete lining body is increased owing to the dewatering of unnecessary water. Because of the bagged concrete, it is prevented from flowing out and hence, soil and underground water are prevented from mixing therewith and the quality can be secured.
