UNLOCKING SYSTEM FOR PORCH OF APARTMENT HOUSE

PURPOSE: To remote control indoor apparatus while ensuring the comfortableness and convenience of residents in the porch of an apartment house and improve safety in operation. CONSTITUTION: An electric lock controller 2 stores a cipher code corresponding to the operating switch of a remote control key 4 which a resident possesses and the corresponding room number in an EEPROM or the like. When any operating button of the remote control key 4 is depressed to transmit the cipher code proper for the key, the transmitted cipher code is collated with the stored code. If both coinside with each other, a function code continuously transmitted is judged. If the function code is an unlocking code, an unlocking allowance signal is outputted to the electric lock 1 through a communication line J to unlock the electric lock 1. If the function code is the other one, a control signal corresponding each function code is outputted through a communication line H to a central controller 8 in a residence of a person possessing the remote control key.
