In the room code 101 is registered the address showing in which address in the cipher code area R1 the room code representing the No.101 room and the cipher codes ID1-ID4 of the No.101 room are entered. The four kinds of the cipher codes ID1-ID4 differing from each other in each home can be registered in the cipher code area R1 and the cipher code in each home is quite different from one in the other homes.
