Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To extend the contact time of a heater with one plastic pipe and to prevent the deterioration of the shape of a weld bead by providing the link mechanism connecting a stand, a movable clamp and a movable stand and allowing the movable stand to advance and retreat by the quantity less than the moving quantity of the movable clamp. CONSTITUTION: An arm 25 is fixed to a movable stand 5 in a cantilevered beam state to be allowed to laterally protrude along a guide rod 4 and the brancket 26 opposed to the arm 25 is fixed to a movable clamp 6 and pins 27, 28 are provided to the free end of the arm 25 and the bracket 26 so as to protrude upwardly. The pins 27, 28 are respectively fitted in the slots 32, 33 formed to the intermediate part and other end part of the lever 31 supported on a stand 1 at one end thereof by a pin 29. The interval between the pins 29, 27 is set 1/2 that between the pins 29, 28 and the movable stand 25 is arranged to the central part between the fixed clamp 3 and the movable clamp 6.
