Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which has viscosity low enough for practical use and excellent long-term stability, when used as a curing agent for an unsaturated polyester resin, is capable of being dispersed in the resin in a short time and curing it effectively to produce a crack-free and coloration- free product and to provide a method for curing an unsaturated polyester resin therewith. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises 20-60wt.% normally solid organic peroxide, 0.1-2wt.% nonionic surfactant of an HLB of 9-14, 4wt.% silica and 37.9-59wt.% plasticizer. A desirable example of the nonionic surfactant used is a polyhydroxy-fatty acid ester. This composition is used as a curing agent for an unsaturated polyester resin. When used, it is added to an unsaturated polyester resin, and the mixture is molded into a cured product of any desired shape.
