Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain a vector, capable of being integrated into a chromosome of a fungal cell and newly imparting a medicine-resistant selection marker to a transformant of a fungus. CONSTITUTION: This vector is a host fungal chromosome integrating type linear vector containing an aureobasidin-resistant gene and capable of including a heterologous gene and obtained by usually cleaving and linearizing a replicative plasmid containing an aureobasidin-resistant gene (e.g. pAUR1aare). The exemplified vector pAUR1aare contains the aureobasidin-resistant gene scaurlR and an acylamlno acid liberating enzymic gene.
