Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an electric apparatus housing box having good appearance in which a component fixed to the box body or the inner face of cover can not be taken out from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A box body 1 or a cover 2 is provided with a pocket part 4 for inserting a fixing metal 10. A component is mounted on the inner face at the pocket part 4 and fixed by inserting a tightening member 8 into a fixing hole 6b made through the component thence through a hole 9 made through the box body 1 or cover 2 and securing the tightening member 8 to a securing metal 10.
