HARVESTING OF HYDROPONIC CULTURED PRODUCT AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To obtain a hydroponic culture product capable of improving quality of a harvested harvesting part and not falling off the harvesting part during harvesting operation carelessly and capable of measuring weight of the harvesting part and keeping the posture in taking out the harvesting part in definite direction. CONSTITUTION: A culture bar 31 in which a hydroponic culture product C is planted is set in a setting position A. A harvesting part E of the hydroponic culture product is held by a harvesting chuck 88 at the set position. Either one of the culture bar or the harvesting chuck is raised or lowered to separate the harvesting part from the lower leaf F of the hydroponic culture product. The root D of the hydroponic culture product is held by a root chuck 75. The root having the lower leaf is cut by cutters 67 and 68 and separated from the harvesting part. Either one of culture bar 31 or the root chuck 75 is raised or lowered to pull out the root having the lower leaf. The harvesting part held by the harvesting chuck is weighed. The harvesting chuck is horizontally reciprocated over the setting position and the following process- delivering position G and the harvesting chuck is opened at the following process- delivering position to drop the harvesting part.
