METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ARRANGING MICROPARTICLE SPHERICAL BALL

PURPOSE:To arrange micriparticle balls surely, efficiently and perfectly in a short time using oscillation. CONSTITUTION:An arranging jig 8 set, on the bottom of frame with a pallet 8-1 having recesses 9 of such depth and diameter as receiving microparticle spherical balls 7 completely depending on the arranging pitch and number of pads on a printed board is mounted on a freely inclinable shaking table 1 provided, on the rear side, with a shaker 2 and supported on the machine frame 5. After feeding spherical balls 7 into the arranging jig 8, vertical/horizontal vibration is imparted arbitrarily to the shaking table 1 depending on the diameter and weight of the ball 7. Furthermore, the shaking table 1 is inclined appropriately at an angle theta depending on the diameter and weight of the ball to roll the balls 7 in the inclining direction and collect the balls 7 in each recess 9 of the pallet 8-1 thus arranging the balls.
