LIFE METER

PURPOSE: To provide a life meter having high reliability in which is not used and the lost of data due to the running down of battery or the like are not caused. CONSTITUTION: A life meter 1 is constituted of a consumable part 2, a clock means 3 measuring the use time of the consumable part 2, an integrated use time calculating means 4 integrating use times by the clock means 3, a display means 5 displaying the integrated use time and the life of the consumable part 2, a monitoring means 6 monitoring the using of the consumable part 2, a nonvolatile storage means 7 storing the integrated use time and a reset means 8 resetting the data of the integrated use time stored in the storage means 7. Then, an actual integrated use time is held in the nonvolatile storage means 7 without being affected by the running down of batteries.
