Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To readily produce the subject high-purity esters which are a liquid and each contain a large amount of partial ester derivative such as a triester derivative in high yields by reacting specific (meth)acrylic esters with aliphatic alcohols. CONSTITUTION: The transesterification of (B) pentaerythritol (meth)acrylates consisting essentially of (A) pentaerythritol tetra(meth)acrylate with (C) aliphatic alcohols (preferably a 1-4C aliphatic alcohol, especially methanol) is carried out in the presence of (D) a catalyst (preferably an alkali metallic hydroxide, especially potassium hydroxide). Furthermore, the content of the component (A) in the component (B) is preferably 40-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of the component (A).
