Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To manufacture a paper insulating cable with the length of two times the capacity of a drying can. CONSTITUTION: A cable core C with the length of two times the length capable of drying by housing at a time in a drying can 18 is divided into two parts of the first half C1 and the latter half C2 in the almost center in the lengthy direction, and a turn table unit 11 which rolls so as to be capable of feeding from either end of the end E1 of the first half C1 and the end E2 of the latter half C2 is used. By separating a drying process in two times, a paper insulating cable two times longer than conventional one can be manufactured.
