Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To form a bottom part with a case made of a synthetic resin to make it lightweight, effectively absorb shocks and vibrations when it is put on the hard ground, hardly break the bottom section, and suppress the increases of the assembling man-hours, weight, and product cost to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: Two stands 5 are provided in parallel at a bottom part 3A of a center case 3 by integral molding. Each stand 5 has a hollow part 6 opened on one end side, the external cross sectional shape is a bowl shape, the upper face is opened by a notch part 8 to form a slender trough shape, and a protruded stripe 7 is protruded on the bottom face.
