Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and rigid substrate by vertically and horizontally providing the surface of a substrate body having rising edges on four circumferences with grid rails finer than these rising edges and forming a fitting part having an engaging part to be fitted with a spindle insertion hole of a disk plate in a central part with a partition wall. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the substrate body 1 having the rising edges 2 on the four circumferences is vertically and horizontally provided with the grid rails 3 finer than the edges 2 on the inner side of the rising edges 2. Intersected parts 31 of the grid rails 3 are fleshed. The optical disk plate fitting part 4 is provided with the annular partition wall 6 exclusive of the finger insertion part 7 on the inner side of the rising edges 2 thereof. A supporting shelf 61 for supporting the outer peripheral edge of the disk is formed on the inner periphery of the wall 6. The bottom plate of the central part of the partition wall 6 is built to nearly the same height as the height of the shelf 61, by which a disk supporting plate 8 is formed. The disk engaging part 5 to be fitted with the spindle insertion hole is annularly erected and formed on the supporting plate 8. The peripheral edge in the upper part of the engaging part 5 is provided with a projection 51 for stopping pull-out of the disk. The top end of the engaging part 5 is bent to a horse shape so as to have a circular hole 9 at the center, by which a pressing plate 10 is formed. |
