CONSTITUTION: The compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. resin component contg. a thermoplastic resin with 20-50 pts.wt. magnesium hydroxide and 1-8 pts.wt. fine recoagulated carbon powder. The carbon powder may be a fine amorphous carbonaceous powder which is produced simultaneously with fullerene in the production thereof and has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 50m /g or higher, a resistivity of 10-10 Ωcm, and a carbon content of 99wt.% or higher.
