CONSTITUTION: A seal-image transfer sheet 10 retransfers a seal-image to be thermally transferred from a thermal transfer recording medium by a thermal transfer system to the surface of the adhesive layer 24 of a transparent or matte film 22 having the layer 24, and has a long chain alkylacrylate copolymer or long chain alkylmethacrylate copolymer 11 layer on the surface to be thermally transferred with the image.
