Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a carrier for bonding a microorganism, capable of preventing the deciduation of a first fiber contributing to adhesion of a microorganism, having slight variability in weight of the carrier, excellent in yield of the carrier based on a unit fiber amount. CONSTITUTION: A web comprising a high-boiling polyolefin-based first fiber S having 50-100 denier and a low-boiling polyolefin-based second fiber having 3-20 denier is bonded to a nonwoven fabric f1 to form a base layer having 20-100 g/m weight by needle punching and the first fiber is fused by melting of the second fiber to give the objective carrier for bonding a microorganism composed of the nonwoven fabric composed of 30-70% of the first fiber and 70-30% of the second fiber.
