AUGER BRAKE DEVICE FOR COMBINE HARVESTER

PURPOSE: To provide an auger brake device for a combine harvester capable of performing the control so as to make the braking of an electromagnetic actuator inoperative during the movement of the combine harvester apparatus with a mobile device and prolonging the life of the electromagnetic brake without applying excessively large load on a braking part. CONSTITUTION: This auger brake device for a combine harvester is obtained by installing a mobile device for moving the combine harvester apparatus, a discharging cylinder driven so as to enable the free rise, fall and turning, an electrically operated actuator 8 for driving the discharge cylinder, an electromagnetic actuator for braking the movement of the discharging cylinder, a controller 9 for controlling the operation of the electrically operated actuator 8 and the braking of the electromagnetic actuator, a manual operating means for controlling the operation of the electrically operated actuator 8 and the braking of the electromagnetic actuator and a regulator for regulating the housing and discharging positions of the discharging cylinder. The brake device is capable of performing the control so as to make the braking of the electromagnetic actuator inoperative during the movement of the combine harvester apparatus with the mobile device.
