Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To automatically perform the tasks even at night and also on holidays when no operator is present and therefore to reduce the personnel expenses by automatically reading an information file and performing a task after the information including the task, its execution time and the name of a task execution server device is reserved and registered into the information file. CONSTITUTION: An information processor contains a server device 13 connected to a client device 11 and a host device 18 connected to the device 13 respectively. Then the device 13 is provided with an information file 14 where a task and its execution time are registered, and an execution means 13b which reads the file 14 and carries out the task at the designated time and against the device 18. In such a constitution of the information processor, the task and its execution time are previously registered into the file 14 of the device 13 by the device 11. Then the file 14 is read and the task is carried out at the designated time and against the device 18.
