CONSTITUTION: At least the fixed length of the extreme end of a leg part of circular section integratedly provided with a head part 2 on one end is formed into a cylindrical shape, two recessed stripes 6 separated from each other in the circumferential direction are provided in the lengthwise direction on the inner face of a cylindrical leg part 3a, and the inner face of the extreme end of the cylindrical leg part is spread from the head part to the extreme end side so as to form a taper part 5.
