WORK EXECUTING METHOD AND LEVEL ADJUSTING TOOL FOR STRADDLED TYPE MONORAIL

PURPOSE: To make constant the block level by fitting blocks in a groove provided in the upper part of a track girder using an adhesive, furnishing a supporting tool between blocks, detaining a detent rod engaged by the block with the supporting tool, and leaving the adhesive to haeden. CONSTITUTION: A paste-form adhesive 4 is applied to the interior wall surface of a groove 2 furnished at the upper corner of a track girder of a mono-rail, and blocks 5 are fitted in the groove 2. A supporting member 11 in an inverted L form consisting of an upper piece 12 and a side piece 13 is installed between blocks 5. Pins 6 provided protrusively on the left and right side walls of each block 5 are hooked at the bent bottom of a detent rod 17 followed by gradual hanging-up so that the levels of the left and right blocks 5 are regulated. A nut 19 is fitted on the detent rod 17 followed by engagement with the upper piece 12 of the supporting rod 11, and the sink of blocks 5 is restricted. Adhesive is injected into the joint between the blocks and the gap between the blocks 5 and groove 2 so that they are fast attached together.
