Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To perform sorting at a high speed in the right/left direction of a conveying path without flawing a carried out object by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: In a sorting device 1, receiving conveyers 1a, 1a of receiving a conveyed object in a direction of arrow mark X, horizontally moving mechanism 2 actuated in a direction orthogonal to these conveyers and a delivery part formed of delivery fingers 3, 3 mounted in this horizontally moving mechanism 2 to extrude a conveyed object sideward the receiving conveyers 1a, 1a are constituted in upper/lower two layers, and the delivery finger 3 is provided with a pressing plate 14, having an energizing member, advanceably/retreatably in an extruding direction. A surface of the conveyer 1a is made by a steel belt conveyer so that smoothly extruding in a lateral direction can be performed.
