MULTI-LAYERED SHEET MATERIAL AND RESIN IMPREGNATED MULTI-LAYERED SHEET MATERIAL, AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF, AND CONCRETE PANEL COMPRISING THE RESIN IMPREGNATED SHEET MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To ensure a lightweight and good handling property, and a formation retaining property by laminating in a manner adjoining mutually and in two or more layers a first layer having a multiplicity of noncontinuous independent fine interstices and small holes pierced in the thickness direction and a second layer having cavities communicated in the three-dimensional direction. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered sheet material has a structure of a first layer A and second layer B that are laminated mutually adjacently and, at least, in two or more layers. The first layer A includes a multiplicity of independent fine interstices (dP) formed therein by which numerous noncontinuous cavities are formed in its inner part and, since the independent fine interstices (dP) exist, functions of heat insulation, shock elimination, or the like are given, in addition, a number of small holes (sP) pierced in the thickness direction serves an acoustic absorption effect. These layers are formed of independent foamed resin. On the other hand, the second layer B has continuous cavities formed in its inner part through a number of cavities existing therein and communicating in the three dimensional direction, so that it performs functions of lightweight as well as sound absorption, heat insulation, impact elimination and the like. These layers are formed of non-woven fabric.
