Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve the durability of a castable refractory layer by laminating a sprayed coating layer made of the heat resistant and oxidation-proof alloy and a sprayed coating layer made of non-wet ceramics on the refractory layer, and achieving the sealing treatment by the heat resistant adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A laminated ceramics formed body 3 is formed to make the molten metal distributing body on the inner circumferential surface of a molten metal distributing body 1 made of iron to be used in taking out, supplementing and pouring the molten light alloy. A heat resistant cushion sheet 11 is interposed on the molten metal distributing body 1 to form a castable heat resistant substance 13. A first sprayed coating layer 15 made of the heat resistant and oxidation-proof alloy is thermally sprayed to the molten light alloy. A second sprayed coating layer 17 made of non-wet ceramics is thermally sprayed to the molten light alloy. The heat resistant adhesive 19 is applied and/or impregnated to achieve the sealing treatment of fine pares in the second sprayed coating layer 17. The molten metal distributing body 1 is excellent in the shock resistance, resistant against the molten metal, and the cost can be reduced without using the inexpensive material such as boride ceramics sheet, etc.
