Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a beverage containing fibers, having high palatability and capable of imparting natural texture and throat passableness without losing the texture of an aloe by adding an aloe sarcocarp crushed to a specific particle size into a fruit juice beverage. CONSTITUTION: This beverage containing fibers is obtained by crushing an aloe with a dicer for a sarcocarp, sieving the resultant crushed sarcocarp and then uniformly dispersing the prepared aloe sarcocarp (gel) having 3-32 mesh particle size in an amount of preferably 5-40wt.% in a fruit juice beverage. The resultant beverage is tasty.
