MICROSCOPE

PURPOSE:To suppress an increase in power source capacity and an increase in the time required for observation condition variation by effectively utilizing the capacity of the power source to the utmost and to cope with the addition of a motor driven part without altering or adding a power source. CONSTITUTION:When plural motor driving means A-1-A-n which generate power for moving optical elements respectively and operate with the electric power supplied from a power source means B with specific current capacity are placed in linking operation, a control means C places the motor driving means in simultaneous operation within a range wherein the sum of currents that the respective motor driving means in operation require does not exceed the current capacity. Then motor driving means in a wait state which are disabled to operate at the same time begin to operate after at least one operation of the motor driving means in operation ends and the sum of the currents that the remaining motor driving means in operation require and the current that the waiting motor driving means requires becomes less than the current capacity.
