SEALING STRUCTURE AND SEALING MEMBER AT JOINT OF HERMETICALLY SEALED CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing structure and sealing member at the joint of a hermetically sealed container in which the safety is enhanced in the handling of a cover body in double cover system while preventing leakage of contaminant from a cell. CONSTITUTION:The sealing structure comprises a sealing member 22 applied on the circumference of a cell cover 2, and a sealing member 21 applied on the circumference of the opening 6a made in the flange 6 of an enclosed container 4. A sliding material 23 for lubrication is provided between the surface of flanges 5, 6 of a cell 1 and a hermetically sealed container 3. The sliding material 23 is fixed to the surface of flange 5 of the cell 1. Since the sliding material 23 is used commonly for a plurality of hermetically sealed containers 3, the production process of the container 3 is simplified. Furthermore, accumulation of contaminant is avoided by providing each sealing member 21, 22 with a coating part 21e, 22c burying the space in the vicinity of the flange 5 of the cell 1 and the beveled part 8 of the container cover body 4.
