CONSTITUTION: This composition consists of at least one acetylated glyceride compound selected from among a monoacetomonoglyceride of a fatty acid, a monoacetodiglyceride of a fatty acid, and a diacetomonoglyceride of a fatty acid; at least one water-soluble high-molecular compound selected from among an acrylic acid based (co)polymer, a maleic acid based (co)polymer and a sulfonic acid based (co)polymer; a sugar solution; and an emulsifier.
