Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain the subject agent exhibiting excellent antifouling effect on coelenteron animals attached to stationary trap nets and organisms attached to fishing nets for culture by using a triphenylborane-alkylamine complex compound soluble in an organic solvent as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: This antifouling agent for net is obtained by combining one or two or more kinds of triphenylborane-alkylamine complex compounds of formula I (R is a 3-20C alkyl) as active ingeredients with an organic solvent capable of dissolving the compounds. n-Propylamine, n-octylamine, etc., is preferably used as the alkylamine in the triphenylborone-alkylamine complex compound. A combination of the complex compound with 1,3- dicyanotetrachlorobenzene, 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole, tetraalkylthiuramdisulfides of formula II (R is a 1-4C alkyl), 2,3- dichloromaleimides of formula III (R is an alkyl, phenyl, etc.), etc., is preferably used. Furthermore, triphenylborane-n-hexadecylamine complex compound is a new complex compound.
