Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To easily generate a table wherein the item names of data in the data base are registered. CONSTITUTION: An item frame wherein the item names of data in the data base are registered is inputted from an input part 1 and a table generation range is inputted. An in-table field analysis part 19 analyzes the position relation of the item frame inputted from the input part 1, calculates the repetition direction of the item field, and calculates the frequency of repetition of the item frame from the table generation range inputted from the input part 1. And, the item frame is copied in the repetition direction as many times as the repetition frequency to generate the table format having the item names registered in cells.
