Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To accurately recognize a small sized part or a part of a large sized part by selecting at least one position of a plurality of recognition fields of view of an image forming part, and projecting the image of the recognition field of view on one image recognition device. CONSTITUTION: When a holding position of a small sized part with a mounting head 4 is recognized, a shutter member 15 is rotated so that the image of a field of view on the center part is projected in an image recognition device 10, and the part held with the head 4 is positioned on an image forming part 6. The part is lighted up from the back, the image is projected in the device 10 through an optical system 11, and the position is correctly recognized by an image signal processing device 20. When the position of a lead of a specified position of a large sized part is recognized, at first, the member 15 is rotated so that the image of a field of view including the lead of the specified position is projected in the device 10, and the large sized part is positioned on the image forming part 6. A light from a lighting body 8 is made to be scattered light by a light scattering plate 9, the back side of the part is uniformly lighted up so as to form image pickup, and the image of the field of view is projected in the device 10 so that the specified lead is recognized by the device 20. |
