Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an image transfer sheet that is available for providing excellent prints transferred from a thermal transfer recording medium to the image transfer sheet, and also providing excellent separability of images on re-transfer of the images transferred to the image transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION: An image transfer sheet 10 that executes re-transfer of images 20 transferred thereto by thermal transfer method from a thermal transfer recording medium to the surface of a sticking agent layer 24 of a film having the sticking agent layer 24 is provided with a layer 11 made of aminoalkyd resin or silicone denatured aminoalkyd resin at its surface on which the images are transferred by thermal transfer.
