Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose the controller for automatically controlling work elements of an earth work machine. SOLUTION: The work element includes a bucket 110 having a couple of pinch arms 115 and the pinch arms 115 in pairs are operated to be controlled by a hydraulic cylinder 120. An electro-hydraulic valve operates the hydraulic cylinder 120 controllably in response to an instruction signal. A sensor detects a fluid pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 120 and transduces a pressure signal in response thereto. The controller receives the pressure signal and compares the level of the pressure signal with a pressure setting level and sends a command signal to the electro-hydraulic valve to activate automatically the clamping arms in pairs.
