METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONCEALMENT OF ERROR OF ACOUSTIC SIGNAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error hiding method and a device therefor when a specific frame of a compressed acoustic signal is vanished by an error. SOLUTION: An error hiding method and a device therefor contain an error detecting means 10 to detect whether or not an error is caused with respective frame by inputting a frequency factor to show a digital acoustic signal by band dividing encoding/conversion encoding to an error correctable frame unit, a decoding means 100 to decode a frequency factor with respective sub-bands forming a frequency area of the whole acoustic signals, a buffer 70 to store a decoded frequency factor, a frequency factor restoring means 60 which restores a frequency factor of the frames in which an error is caused by using an already set load value and a frequency factor with respective sub-bands adjacent to the frames in which an error is caused and renews the frequency factor of the frames in which an error is caused and a synthetic filter bank 80 on which a frequency factor is impressed and which is converted into an acoustic signal of a time area in the same order as decoded order.
