CONSTITUTION: In a film processing method in which a film having identifying information (a notch c) for identifying an image recording face of a sheet-like film and the front and back of the image recording face is processed, then the film is discharged, film assorting information is inputted, the image recording face and/or the front and back of the image recording face of the film are varied with assorting information between after the image recording was finished in the film and before discharge of the film to assort the film, then the assorted film is discharged and retained.
