Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a picking hand made in contact with a hand part of a device, in which the handling of loads such as corrugated fiber board containers and plastic containers with handles on its sides is made by a robot, particularly the device for picking a load with handle placed on a pallet. CONSTITUTION: A hand is provided with two openable arms 1 and 2, and multiple tiltable claws 5 upward and independently at the top of the arms 1 and 2. With this hand, the claws 5 positioned at a handle position is positioned normal and that made in contact with the load side surface other than the handle position is inverted upside down even when a load is not positioned as a load placed on a pallet is positioned and a relative position of the load handle with the hand is not correct. Thus secure holding can be made by hooking the handle only with the claw 5 positioned at the handle position.
