On the other hand, the top end of the horizontal entry roller table 1 is lowered and tilted to the same angle as a tilt angle θ of the following tilt roller table 2 by rotating the tilt arm 5 with a power cylinder 7. By means of this construction, when a slab is stopped at the time when the slab is transferred to the tilt roller table, the slab is freed from the stop and can be continuously conveyed by tilting the forward horizontal entry roller table.
